Beef Noodle Casserole

This easy casserole was always a favorite with my kids and their friends.
Note: If you are in a hurry,you can substitute jarred spaghetti sauce for the homemade tomato sauce.

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 8 oz
    grated american cheese
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1 small
    green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stalk(s)
    celery, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 12
    stuffed green olives, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz.) can(s)
    tomato paste
  • 8 oz
    egg noodles

How to Make Beef Noodle Casserole


  1. Place beef, onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic in a skillet.
  2. Cook on medium high until beef is done and veggies are soft.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 3 more minutes or until mushrooms are done.
  4. Meanwhile cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain
  5. Remove from the heat. Drain the excess grease.
  6. Combine the meat mixture, olives, Tasty Tomato Sauce, tomato paste, soup, and noodles. Mix gently.
  7. Place the mixture in a casserole dish. Top with the shredded cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
