chunky salsa

sweet corn
3/4 c
mayonnaise dressing
1 Tbsp
chili powder
2 c
tortilla chips, crushed
2 c
colby/monterey jack cheese

How to Make Beef Nacho Casserole


  • 1Heat oven to 350.
  • 2Brown meat; drain.
  • 3Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise dressing and chili powder.
  • 4Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole.
  • 5Repeat layers.
  • 6Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • 7Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato, if desired.
