- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces chunky salsa
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise dressing
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 cups colby/monterey jack cheese
How To Make beef nacho casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350.

Step 2Brown meat; drain.

Step 3Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise dressing and chili powder.

Step 4Layer 1/2 meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole.
