Ingredients

  • CASSEROLE

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 12 oz
    jar, chunky salsa (i like pace)
  • 1 c
    corn, drained
  • 3/4 c
    miracle whip
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 2 c
    tortilla chips, crushed, divided
  • 2 c
    colby cheese, shredded, divided
  • CASSEROLE TOPPINGS

  • ·
    shredded lettuce
  • ·
    chopped tomatoes
  • ·
    sliced black olives
  • ·
    chopped green onions

How to Make Beef Nacho Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Brown and drain meat. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.
  2. Layer half of the mixture, chips and cheese in a 2-qt casserole dish. Repeat layers and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and top with the lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and green onions.
