You can taste this with your eyes before it gets to your mouth! :) Beautiful presentation and tastes just as good! My family enjoys this casserole and I have to make two pans!

Ingredients

  • CASSEROLE
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 ounces jar, chunky salsa (i use pace brand)
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 3/4 cup miracle whip
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed, divided
  • 2 cups colby cheese, shredded, divided
  • CASSEROLE TOPPINGS
  • - shredded lettuce
  • - chopped tomatoes
  • - sliced black olives
  • - chopped green onions

How To Make beef nacho casserole

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350°. Brown and drain meat. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.
  • Step 2
    Layer half of the mixture, chips and cheese in a 2-qt casserole dish. Repeat layers and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove from oven and top with the lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and green onions.
