Ingredients
- CASSEROLE
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces jar, chunky salsa (i use pace brand)
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 3/4 cup miracle whip
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed, divided
- 2 cups colby cheese, shredded, divided
- CASSEROLE TOPPINGS
- - shredded lettuce
- - chopped tomatoes
- - sliced black olives
- - chopped green onions
How To Make beef nacho casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 350°. Brown and drain meat. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder.

Step 2Layer half of the mixture, chips and cheese in a 2-qt casserole dish. Repeat layers and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 3Remove from oven and top with the lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and green onions.
