"just a pinch" of salt
"just a pinch" of pepper

onions, thinly sliced
1.5 Tbsp
2 large
green bell peppers, sliced
1 Tbsp

How to Make Beef 'N' Beer


  • 1Salt and pepper meat and brown lightly in heavy skillet.
  • 2Add onions, pepper and mushrooms and brown lightly.
  • 3Pour beer over all, stir in ketchup and mustard.
  • 4Cover tightly and simmer slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
