Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds (750 g) lean ground beef
- 1 package (about 1/4 cup) dry onion soup mix
- 2 large free-run eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs such as panko®
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon turkish oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste (i always use mixed peppercorns)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 can (10 oz./284 ml)cream of tomato soup
How To Make beef meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well except can of tomato. Transfer meat mixture in a 9x5x3” loaf pan. Cover with cream of tomato soup.

Step 2Transfer to preheated oven and cook for 1 to 1:10 hours. Remove from heat and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies. Makes 4 servings
