Ingredients

  • 1 pound round steak, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 package (3 oz) beef ramen noodle soup mix
  • 1 package 16-oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables - broccoli & carrots (or your choice)

How To Make beef lo mein in minutes

  • Step 1
    Brown steak strips in oil. Combine the teriyaki sauce and seasoning pkt. from the soup mix. Add the sauce to the meat.
  • Step 2
    Add in the thawed veggies and cook until tender and hot.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, using the pkg. instructions from the soup mix, cook the noodles according to directions and then drain well. Add the noodles to the steak mixture and toss well.
