Ingredients
- 1 pound round steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 package (3 oz) beef ramen noodle soup mix
- 1 package 16-oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables - broccoli & carrots (or your choice)
How To Make beef lo mein in minutes

Step 1Brown steak strips in oil. Combine the teriyaki sauce and seasoning pkt. from the soup mix. Add the sauce to the meat.

Step 2Add in the thawed veggies and cook until tender and hot.

Step 3Meanwhile, using the pkg. instructions from the soup mix, cook the noodles according to directions and then drain well. Add the noodles to the steak mixture and toss well.
