Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound beef tenderloin trimmings, in 1 inch cubes
  • 4 - cherry tomatoes
  • 1 - red onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 - zucchini, cubed
  • 8 - mushrooms
  • 1 - red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, fresh chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 - cloves minced fresh garlic

How To Make beef kabobs

  • Step 1
    Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers in attractive patterns.
  • Step 2
    I usually try to make each one different.
  • Step 3
    Place in a shallow dish.
  • Step 4
    Combine the wine, oil and herbs and pour over the kabobs.
  • Step 5
    Marinate for about 2 hours turning occasionally.
  • Step 6
    Prepare the grill.
  • Step 7
    Place the skewers on the grill and baste, turning every few minutes.
  • Step 8
    Cook until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
