red wine

chopped parsley
1 Tbsp
oregano, fresh chopped
1 Tbsp
rosemary, chopped
2 Tbsp
olive oil

cloves minced fresh garlic

How to Make Beef Kabobs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers in attractive patterns.
  • 2I usually try to make each one different.
  • 3Place in a shallow dish.
  • 4Combine the wine, oil and herbs and pour over the kabobs.
  • 5Marinate for about 2 hours turning occasionally.
  • 6Prepare the grill.
  • 7Place the skewers on the grill and baste, turning every few minutes.
  • 8Cook until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
