    beef tenderloin trimmings, in 1 inch cubes
  • 4
    cherry tomatoes
  • 1
    red onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1
    zucchini, cubed
  • 8

    red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
  • 1 c
    red wine
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    oregano, fresh chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    rosemary, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2
    cloves minced fresh garlic

How to Make Beef Kabobs


  1. Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers in attractive patterns.
  2. I usually try to make each one different.
  3. Place in a shallow dish.
  4. Combine the wine, oil and herbs and pour over the kabobs.
  5. Marinate for about 2 hours turning occasionally.
  6. Prepare the grill.
  7. Place the skewers on the grill and baste, turning every few minutes.
  8. Cook until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
