Ingredients
- 1/4 pound beef tenderloin trimmings, in 1 inch cubes
- 4 - cherry tomatoes
- 1 - red onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
- 1 - zucchini, cubed
- 8 - mushrooms
- 1 - red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon oregano, fresh chopped
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - cloves minced fresh garlic
How To Make beef kabobs

Step 1Arrange meat and vegetables on skewers in attractive patterns.

Step 2I usually try to make each one different.

Step 3Place in a shallow dish.

Step 4Combine the wine, oil and herbs and pour over the kabobs.

Step 5Marinate for about 2 hours turning occasionally.

Step 6Prepare the grill.

Step 7Place the skewers on the grill and baste, turning every few minutes.

Step 8Cook until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
