- 1/2 pound boneless beef sirloin
- 1 small zucchini, cubed
- 1 small yellow squash
- 1 small red pepper, cut in squares
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 cup italian style salad dressing
- 1 cup rice
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
How To Make beef kabobs over lemon rice

Step 1Combine beef and vegetables in plastic bag with zippered closing.

Step 2Add salad dressing and marinate 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.

Step 3Alternate beef and vegetables on 4 skewers.

Step 4Grill or broil, turning and basting with remaining marinade, 5 to 7 minutes, or to desired doneness.
