Beef Gumbo Rice

Jana Dobson

A college roommate of my husband’s used to make this for them. It’s quick, super easy and has become a favorite in our house. The kids always loved it when we had gumbo rice night.
It isn’t spicy at all, so you could adjust that if you wanted.
Serve with a salad and some crusty French bread for a complete meal.
