beef fauxganoff
When my children were young they wouldn’t eat steak of any kind. Or roast. But they would eat hamburger, which was ok with me since we were on a tight budget. Thus Beef Fauxganoff was born. Enjoy! This picture has baby pees in it because that’s the way the Grand babies like it. You can add quite a bit to this recipe to jazz it up: A half a pint of blended cottage cheese makes it creamier. (Ricotta if you’ve got extra cash) A diced, sautéed onion Mushrooms If you don’t have sour cream, a can of cream of mushroom soup will do Can be cooked in the oven or a crockpot
