Andy Anderson !

This is an awesome shredded beef recipe that is simple to put together, and accents the flavors of the beef. It is a blank canvas for you to paint your culinary masterpiece.

I’ve add sweet chili sauce, and put it on crusty bread. I’ve served it with a side of coleslaw and a few dinner rolls and made an excellent meal. It’s up to you.

So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

  10. Place the pot over medium heat, and then allow the roast and liquid to come up to a simmer.
  11. Place the pot, tightly covered, into the preheated oven, and bake until the roast is tender, about 3 – 3.5 hours.

  14. Return the roast to the pot, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
