Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/4 cups beef stock
- 1 tablespoon better than beef bouillon
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick mix
- 6 tablespoons milk
How To Make beef cobbler

Step 1Mix the bisquick half the cheese and 6 tbsp milk adding more or less to make the dough sticky and soft. Set aside.

Step 2Mix the flour with 1/4 cup beef stock. Set aside. Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Stir in the beef bouillon, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Add the beef stock. Bring to a boil. Stir in the flour mixture to thicken a bit. Add the frozen peas. Cook 3 minutes.

Step 3Transfer meat mixture to a casserole dish. Top with the remaining cheese. Drop the dough by spoonfuls on top. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
