ground beef

sliced mushrooms
1 can(s)
water chestnust
1 can(s)
bean sprouts
1 can(s)
baby corn spears
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 can(s)
beef broth
2 c
instant rice, cooked
chow mein noodles

How to Make Beef Chop Suey

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown ground beef and drain the grease.
  • 2Open all canned vegetables and drain. Add to the meat. Cook just a minute to heat.
  • 3In a jar add beef broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Shake well. Pour over meat mixture. Cook 2 minutes till thickened.
  • 4Serve over cooked rice and top with the chow mein noodles.
