How to Make Beef Chop Suey
- 1Brown ground beef and drain the grease.
- 2Open all canned vegetables and drain. Add to the meat. Cook just a minute to heat.
- 3In a jar add beef broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Shake well. Pour over meat mixture. Cook 2 minutes till thickened.
- 4Serve over cooked rice and top with the chow mein noodles.
