Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can(s)
    water chestnust
  • 1 can(s)
    bean sprouts
  • 1 can(s)
    baby corn spears
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 can(s)
    beef broth
  • 2 c
    instant rice, cooked
  • ·
    chow mein noodles

How to Make Beef Chop Suey

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown ground beef and drain the grease.
  2. Open all canned vegetables and drain. Add to the meat. Cook just a minute to heat.
  3. In a jar add beef broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Shake well. Pour over meat mixture. Cook 2 minutes till thickened.
  4. Serve over cooked rice and top with the chow mein noodles.
