- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can water chestnust
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can baby corn spears
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 cups instant rice, cooked

How To Make beef chop suey

Step 1Brown ground beef and drain the grease.

Step 2Open all canned vegetables and drain. Add to the meat. Cook just a minute to heat.

Step 3In a jar add beef broth, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Shake well. Pour over meat mixture. Cook 2 minutes till thickened.

Step 4Serve over cooked rice and top with the chow mein noodles.
