Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 1/2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 or 2 medium
    peppers
  • 1or 2 medium
    onions
  • 1 can(s)
    french style green beans
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce (med size can)
  • 1 can(s)
    mushrooms
  • 2
    bags of pizza crust mix
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • ·
    garlic salt or powder to taste

How to Make Beef & Cheese Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Line 9x13 pan w/pizza crust up to top of the sides.
  2. In a pan brown the following:
    Hamburger
    Mushrooms
    Onions
    Peppers
  3. Then drain fat return to stove & add:
    Garlic salt
    Pepper
    Tomato sauce
    Green beans
    Simmer till done
  4. Mix 1 cup of mozzarella cheese & 1 egg together and line crust. Then add beef mixture and top the mozzarella cheese.

    Bake @ 375 for 25 minutes
