1Put Stew meat. spices & tomatoes in crock pot on low for 8 hours. When done mashed stew meat against side of crock with wooden spoon until shredded and drain must of the juice.
2Put 1/4 cup of meat in middle of tortilla wrap, top with shredded cheese and sour cream. Wrap up and spray side with opening with Pam and toast in a frying pan for a few minutes until golden brown flip and brown other side, serve with salsa.
