Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1 can tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 2 cups cheese, shredded
- 1 bag tortilla wraps
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
How To Make beef burritos

Step 1Put Stew meat. spices & tomatoes in crock pot on low for 8 hours. When done mashed stew meat against side of crock with wooden spoon until shredded and drain must of the juice.

Step 2Put 1/4 cup of meat in middle of tortilla wrap, top with shredded cheese and sour cream. Wrap up and spray side with opening with Pam and toast in a frying pan for a few minutes until golden brown flip and brown other side, serve with salsa.
