- ½ pound beef tenderloin, cut into bite size
- ½ pound fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chinese rice cooking wine
- FOR SAUCE:
- ½ cup beef stock, unsalted
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
How To Make beef broccoli with oyster sauce

Step 1In a medium bowl, marinate the meat with cornstarch, soy sauce, and rice cooking wine. Mix until well combined, set aside.

Step 2In a separate bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients, set aside.

Step 3Heat peanut oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook and brown the beef for 1-2 minutes each side, then transfer the beef into a plate, set aside.

Step 4Add garlic into a skillet, cook for 20 seconds and add broccoli, and cook for 1 minute. Pour the sauce, stir to a simmer and then add the beef. Cook until the sauce is thickened and bubbling. Turn the heat off.

Step 5Serve immediately with rice.
