Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 - diced onion
- 1 package broccoli florets, thawed and drained
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- - phyllo sheets
- 1/2 cup melted butter
How To Make beef broccoli strudel

Step 1In a 10\" skillet, brown ground beef and onion until juice evaporates.

Step 2Remove from heat.

Step 3Drain fat.

Step 4Stir in broccoli (squeezed dry), cheese, sour cream, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Step 5Preheat oven to 350.

Step 6On wax paper, place 1 sheet phyllo.

Step 7Brush with melted butter.

Step 8Repeat with all of phyllo.

Step 9Starting at short side of phyllo, evenly spoon ground beef mixture to cover half of rectangle.

Step 10From ground beef end, roll, jelly-roll style.

Step 11Place roll, seam-side down on cookie sheet.

Step 12Brush with rest of melted butter.

Step 13Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until golden.

Step 14Cool for 15 minutes on cookie sheet to ease cutting.
