This is sooo easy. . . .& so good & tender. . . .!!! My Hubby wanted me to make another one right away!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless brisket (trimmed close)
  • 1 bottle heinz chili sauce
  • 1 package lipton onion soup
  • 1 can regular coke

How To Make beef brisket

  • Step 1
    Put brisket on double foil big enough to fully cover. (I used a cassserole dish deep enough to catch all of the liquid, so that I didn't have a mess in my oven while cooking.)
  • Step 2
    Mix chili sauce with onion soup mix, then add coke. Stir together carefully. Then pour mixture over meat & cover tightly.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 300 degrees for 4-5 hours.
