    sauerkraut

    pepper
  • 1 c
    vinegar

    brown sugar

    potato, grated
  • 1 tsp
    caraway seeds

How To Make beef brisket and sauerkraut

    Cover brisket with water; season.

    Simmer for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
