Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter and margarine
- 1 cup thinly sliced onions
- 1 cup carrots, cut in thin strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup beef broth or bouillon
- 1 can (6-oz) mushroom crowns
- 1 pint braised beef cube mix, thawed
- - buttered noodles, sprinkled with poppy seeds
How To Make beef bourguignonne

Step 1Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet. Saute onions, carrots and garlic until onions are lightly browned. Add salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme, beef broth or bouillon, mushrooms and BRAISED BEEF CUBE MIX, THAWED.

Step 2Stir until well blended. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Serve over hot buttered noodles sprinkled with poppy seeds.
