beef bean bacon tator tot casserole
Well, here's what I did! I combined 2 recipes. I love creating New dishes with what I have on hand! How could you Not like a meal without Bacon! My 15yr. old Son LOVES this!

Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon
- 1-1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion,diced
- 1 pound frozen tator tot rounds (coins)
- 2 cans 10.75 oz.condensed tomato soup
- 2 cans kidney beans,drained
- 1 can butter beans,drained
How To Make beef bean bacon tator tot casserole

Step 1In a large skillet,Cook Bacon,reserve bacon drippings. Drain cooked bacon on paper towel.Set aside.Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2In that same large skillet,Brown Ground Beef on medium/high heat until no longer pink,Drain. Reduce heat. Add onion to skillet.Cook until translucent. Set aside.

Step 3In a greased 13 x 9 lay a single layer of frozen potato rounds(Coins). Add Beef & onion mixture evenly in baking dish. Layer Beans evenly over beef mixture. Add another layer of potato rounds Evenly pour condensed tomato soup.Crumble large pieces of Bacon on top.

Step 4Bake covered for 30 minutes,then remove foil,and continue baking for 30 min. more. Serve it UP!
