Beef Bean Bacon Tator Tot Casserole

Well, here's what I did! I combined 2 recipes. I love creating New dishes with what I have on hand! How could you Not like a meal without Bacon!
My 15yr. old Son LOVES this!

yellow onion,diced
1 lb
frozen tator tot rounds (coins)
2 can(s)
10.75 oz.condensed tomato soup
2 can(s)
kidney beans,drained
1 can(s)
butter beans,drained

How to Make Beef Bean Bacon Tator Tot Casserole


  • 1In a large skillet,Cook Bacon,reserve bacon drippings. Drain cooked bacon on paper towel.Set aside.Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2In that same large skillet,Brown Ground Beef on medium/high heat until no longer pink,Drain. Reduce heat.

    Add onion to skillet.Cook until translucent. Set aside.
  • 3In a greased 13 x 9 lay a single layer of frozen potato rounds(Coins). Add Beef & onion mixture evenly in baking dish. Layer Beans evenly over beef mixture. Add another layer of potato rounds Evenly pour condensed tomato soup.Crumble large pieces of Bacon on top.
  • 4Bake covered for 30 minutes,then remove foil,and continue baking for 30 min. more. Serve it UP!
