Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef roast
- 1 onion diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- juice of 1 lime
- 3 chipotle pepper in adobo diced
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon mexican oregano
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make beef barbacoa

Step 1Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 10 hours. Remove bay leaves. Shred the beef taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Let sit back in juice for 30 minutes.
