- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 medium chopped onion
- 1 package 5 oz. noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 can peas, drained
- 1/2 cup butter flavored crackers, crushed
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make beef & bacon casserole

Step 1Fry bacon, ground beef & onion until lightly browned; drain off fat. Cook & drain noodles; mix with beef. Add undiluted soups and peas. Place mixture in a 3-1/2 qt. casserole. Top with cracker crumbs; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 325^ for 45 minutes.
