pepper
1/4 tsp
basil

bay leaf

How to Make Beef Arlesienne

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oil in dutch oven or electric frying pan.
  • 2Add meat and brown well on both sides.
  • 3Pour off fat and add the rest of the ingredients to the pan.
  • 4Cover tightly and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  • 5Serves: 6
