    bread, torn in pieces

    onions, finely chopped

    carrot, shredded
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 1
    egg
  • tsp
    hot pepper sauce

How to Make Beef and Vegetable Loaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients and lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until thoroughly cooked.
  3. Drain liquid.
  4. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
