Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 slices bread, torn in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • 2 - stalks celery, diced
  • 1 - carrot, shredded
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 - egg
  • teaspoon hot pepper sauce

How To Make beef and vegetable loaf

  • Step 1
    Thoroughly combine all ingredients and lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until thoroughly cooked.
  • Step 3
    Drain liquid.
  • Step 4
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
