A friend cooked this for me today. Fabulous..is all I can say. Not too spicy or bland...Just right!!!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)
- 1 1/2 cups chunky salsa (like pace) i use mild
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 - flour tortillas, warmed
How To Make beef and salsa burritos

Step 1In a large skillet,brown ground beef over medium heat.

Step 2Season beef with chili powder, cumin, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa; heat through. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.

Step 3Spoon 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in center of each tortilla, roll over. Enjoy with sour cream or more salsa or both.
