Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chuck roast, cubed
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can creamy onion soup
  • 2 cans water
  • - hot cooked rice

How To Make beef and rice

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in large roaster or dutch oven; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 for 3 hours or until beef is tender.
  • Step 3
    Serve over hot, cooked rice.
