years ago when i babysat i had to make this for the children per their mother. I made it for my children and they couldn't get enough of it. Quick, easy and tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground round
- 2 cups cooked rice
- about 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 bag - frozen petite peas
How To Make beef and rice casserole

Step 1prepare and cook the rice according to package directions. Set aside.

Step 2Cook frozen peas, set aside.

Step 3Brown ground meat in a fry pan, drain. Mix beef with cooked rice and add peas, mix everything together well. pour soy sauce over all and toss well. Serve
