Ingredients
- 30 ounces bag of frozen potato rounds
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 packages 10 oz. each frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 5 ounces can french fried onions
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make beef and potato casserole

Step 1Place potatoes on bottom and up the sides of a 9x13 dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 400^ for 10 minutes. Brown beef in chunks; drain. Place beef, broccoli, 1/2 of the onions, and tomato in potato shell.

Step 2Combine soup, milk, 1/2 of cheese, and seasonings; pour over beef mixture. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes longer, til cheese is melted.
