Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup beef stock
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- cooked pasta for serving
- fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make beef and mushroom sauce over pasta

Step 1In a large skillet cook the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Once cooked transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 2Wipe out the skillet. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the onions and garlic and cook about 3 minutes. Stir in the flour. Slowly whisk in the wine.

Step 3Add the mushrooms and beef stock and lower the heat and let cook until mushrooms are cooked through about 10 minutes. Stir in the mustard. Add the beef back to the skillet and cook until warmed through. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Serve over pasta and garnish with parsley
