Ingredients
- 2 packages (10 - 12 oz each) Frozen Spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, finely sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make beef and mushroom bake

Step 1Place spinach in a wire strainer and rinse with warm water until thawed. Press out all of the water; set aside spinach.

Step 2Cook salt, beef and onion for about three minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until most of the liquid is gone.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in the spinach, sour cream, seasonings, and 1/2 cup of each of the cheeses.

Step 4Turn into a shallow 2 qt. glass dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Step 5Bake uncovered in a 350 oven until heated through, about 30 minutes.
