Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin beef
- 1 1/3 cups - long grain white rice
- 1 teaspoon canola oil or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 - green onions, thinly sliced (green and white parts separated)
- 1 cup - kimchi, chopped
- 2 large eggs, beatean
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
How To Make beef and kimchi fried rice bowl

Step 1Cook rice according to package directions. Set aside.

Step 2Heat oil in a large wok or skillet place over medium high heat, add beef and season with salt and pepper. Sear about five minutes while constantly stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula.

Step 3Stir scallion whites and kimchi into the beef mixture; sear while constantly stirring, about 3 minutes.

Step 4Stir cooked rice into beef mixture until evenly combined. Create a well in the middle of the beef/rice mixture, about 4 inches in diameter. Add beaten eggs to pan’s hot center and vigorously stir eggs until cooked, about 2 minutes. When eggs are cooked, stir all ingredients together until well combined.

Step 5Remove pan from heat. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Divide rice among four bowls, garnish with scallion greens, and serve immediately.
