Ingredients
- ½ pound beef tenderloin, cut into bite size
- ½ pound fresh green beans
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chinese rice cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- FOR SAUCE:
- ¼ cup beef stock, unsalted
- ¼ cup teriyaki marinate sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon chili oil
- 1 pinch chili flakes (optional)
- - salt for blanching green beans
How To Make beef and green beans stir fry

Step 1In a medium bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, cooking wine and cornstarch. Set aside.

Step 2Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, set aside.

Step 3Blanch green beans in a pot of salted boiling water for a minute. Drain and transfer into a bowl of ice water. Set aside.

Step 4Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Brown the beef for 1 minute each side. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 5Cook garlic and ginger in the same skillet, add green beans and stir for a minute. Then add the beef and the sauce. Cook and stir until sauce is bubbling. Turn the heat off. Sprinkle with chili flakes.

Step 6Serve immediately.
