- - 2 lbs. chuck roast cut into pieces
- - 2 15 oz. cans beef broth
- - 2 cups water
- - 1/2 tsp. salt
- - 1/2 tsp. pepper
- - 16 oz. egg noodles
- - 1/2 cup celery
- - 1/4 cup onions
How To Make mom's beef and egg noodles

Step 1Place meat in slow cooker and pour beef broth and water over the meat.

Step 2Add in celery, onions, salt, and pepper.

Step 3Cover. Cook on high for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.

Step 4Add in egg noodles in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
