    2 lbs. chuck roast cut into pieces
  • ·
    2 15 oz. cans beef broth
  • ·
    2 cups water
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. salt
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. pepper
  • ·
    16 oz. egg noodles
  • ·
    1/2 cup celery
  • ·
    1/4 cup onions

How to Make Mom's Beef and Egg Noodles

Step-by-Step

  1. Place meat in slow cooker and pour beef broth and water over the meat.
  2. Add in celery, onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover. Cook on high for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.
  4. Add in egg noodles in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
