beef and cheese crescents
(1 RATING)
I don't remember where I found this recipe, but I have used it for years. It is a great recipe for winter nights, when you don't know exactly what to fix for dinner. Kids loved them, and left-overs (if there were any!) warmed up nicely in the oven.

How To Make beef and cheese crescents
-
Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat and onion. Drain; set aside, but first stir in barbecue sauce. Unroll rolls into 4 long strips on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides to make on lg roll. Spread meat down center. Top with cheese. Overlap edges and seal.
-
Step 2Bake 25 minutes.

Step 3I made these a lot when the kids were home. We all loved them, and I learned you can substitute fresh ground sausage and mozzarella cheese and make a good sausage roll. You could also add a can of drained mushrooms.
