Beef and Cheese Crescents
- 1 lb
- ground beef
- 1/4 c
- chopped onion
- 3/4 c
- barbecue sauce, i used sweet baby ray's
- 6 slice
- velveeta cheese
- 2 can(s)
- crescent rolls
How to Make Beef and Cheese Crescents
- 1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat and onion. Drain; set aside, but first stir in barbecue sauce.
Unroll rolls into 4 long strips on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides to make on lg roll. Spread
meat down center. Top with cheese. Overlap edges and seal.
- 2Bake 25 minutes.
- 3I made these a lot when the kids were home. We all loved them, and I learned you can substitute fresh ground
sausage and mozzarella cheese and make a good sausage roll. You could also add a can of drained mushrooms.
