How to Make Beef and Cheese Burritos
- Cook ground beef, onions and garlic in a small saucepan until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
- Drain off fat.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of the salsa, cottage cheese, cornstarch and oregano.
- Add to meat mixture in saucepan.
- Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
- Divide meat mixture between tortillas; roll up.
- Top with remaining salsa.
- Cover and keep warm.
