How to Make Beef and Cheese Burritos
- 1Cook ground beef, onions and garlic in a small saucepan until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
- 2Drain off fat.
- 3Combine 2 tablespoons of the salsa, cottage cheese, cornstarch and oregano.
- 4Add to meat mixture in saucepan.
- 5Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
- 6Divide meat mixture between tortillas; roll up.
- 7Top with remaining salsa.
- 8Cover and keep warm.
