Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli, fresh choppped
  • 1 bottle kikomon stirfry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic
  • 1 pound beef
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

How To Make beef and broccoli

  • Step 1
    Cut beef steak into strips across the grain. Place the beef strips in a bowl with the cornstarch and half the jar of stirfry sauce.
  • Step 2
    Cut the broccoli into florrets and place to the side.
  • Step 3
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok. Add 1 tablespoon of grated ginger and 1 teaspoon of grated garlic in the oil and let it sizzle for a few seconds.
  • Step 4
    Put the broccoli into the oil and stir. Add two tablespoons of water to the broccoli and place the lid on the wok for about one minute or until the broccoli is bright green. Remove the broccoli.
  • Step 5
    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok. Add 1 tablespoon of grated ginger and 1 teaspoon of grated garlic in the oil and let it sizzle for a few seconds.
  • Step 6
    Place the beef strips into the oil and toss. Add a little bit of water if the beef is sticking.
  • Step 7
    Once the beef is browned, add the broccoli and the rest of the stirfry sauce to the mix. Serve over rice!
