Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2
    stalks broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 c
    carrots, cooked and sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 large
    onion, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
    water
  • ·
    ramen noodles, oriental flavor

How to Make Beef and Broccoli Tips

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Add beef strips and stir-fry for 5 to 8 minutes or until just done.
  3. Add onion and parboiled carrots; continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add broccoli and water.
  6. Return to heat and cook approximately 6 minutes longer, just until broccoli is tender.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Mix in soy sauce to taste.
  9. Serve over oriental ramen noodles which have been cooked according to package directions.
  10. Fresh or frozen cauliflower may be added with the broccoli.
