super easy to make I used venison instead of beef and served over rice for a complete and delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • BEEF AND BROCCOLI
  • 1 pound flank steak cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • SAUCE
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons each oyster sauce and soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • - sriracha sauce to taste
  • OPTIONAL GARNISHES : TOASTED SESAME SEEDS, GREEN ONIONS, OR CILANTRO

How To Make beef and broccoli

  • Step 1
    For the steak mix the soy sauce rice wine vinegar and garlic together and marinate the steak at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile mix all ingredients for sauce together and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the broccoli for about 3 minutes and then drain. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Place oil in large skillet. Add the steak with the marinade and saute 1 minute. Pour the sauce over top and add the broccoli. Cook on med high until sauce is thickened. Serve with optional garnishes if desired.
