Ingredients
- 4 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
- 12 - mushrooms, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cans beer
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 large green peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
How To Make beef and beer

Step 1Salt and pepper meat and brown lightly in heavy skillet.

Step 2Add onions, pepper and mushrooms and brown lightly.

Step 3Pour beer over all, stir in ketchup and mustard.

Step 4Cover tightly and simmer slowly for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
