Don't remember where exactly I got this recipe, but it's pretty tasty and not hard to make.

Ingredients

ground beef, 80%
1 1/2 c
onions, chopped
2 clove
garlic, chopped fine
1
bell pepper, medium, chopped
3 Tbsp
chili powder
3 tsp
cumin
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper
2 c
water
2 can(s)
kidney beans, canned (15.5 oz can)
2 can(s)
tomatoes, crushed
1 can(s)
tomato paste (12 oz)

How to Make Beef and Bean Chili

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown beef with onions,garlic and bell pepper. Drain, if necessary.
  • 2Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ready now to eat!
  • 3Great with taco chips, cheddar cheese or plain! Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles or elbow macaroni and top with cheddar cheese or colby cheese. Don't forget the saltine crackers!
