Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 80%
- 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 - bell pepper, medium, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 teaspoons cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups water
- 1-2 can kidney beans, canned (15.5 oz can)
- 1 can tomatoes, crushed 28 oz
- 1 can tomato paste (12 oz)
How To Make beef and bean chili

Step 1Brown beef with onions,garlic and bell pepper. Drain, if necessary.

Step 2Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ready now to eat!

Step 3Great with taco chips, cheddar cheese or plain! Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles or elbow macaroni and top with cheddar cheese or colby cheese. Don't forget the saltine crackers!
