How to Make BBQ'D Beef In a Bun
1Bring chuck roast to a boil in water. Cover and simmer 2 to 3 hrs until tender.
2Drain, reserving 3 cups of the liquid. Shred beef and return to kettle.
3Add brown sugar, dry mustard, pepper, vinegar, ketchup, and worcestershire sauce along with the 3 cups reserved liquid. Simmer 20 to 25 min. Serve on buns.
