bbq shredded beef
This is a really good recipe that my mom gave me many years ago. It stretches pretty far and feeds about 8-10 (maybe more, so you decide) depending on how much you pile on the bun. It's good for big families, company or sharing with a neighbor. Serve with a side of tuna or potato salad and chips or beans to complete your meal. We like hot banana pepper rings on ours and you might even like mustard or dill relish. This also freezes well and you might want to make up several seving containers for your convenience. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does. :)
