These meatballs are delicious. Chili powder adds a nice flavor.

    1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1
    5 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1 c
  • ·
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • ·
    1 tsp. salt
  • ·
    1-1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. pepper
  • ·
    1 egg
  • SAUCE:

  • 1 c
  • ·
    3/4 cup brown sugar
  • ·
    1/4 cup chopped onion
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder

How to Make BBQ Meatballs


  1. Combine meatball ingredients. Stand mixer works great. Spray baking dish with Pam. Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake 350 degrees, 18-20 minutes. Drain if necessary.
  2. For the sauce, combine the ingredients in sauce pan. Simmer for 2 minutes. Pour over meatballs. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes.
