bbq cups
These are a lot of fun, and so easy. I make this often and serve with a tossed green salad and some fruit. A super novelty for the kids, they also make great appetizers! I have also made this with shredded pork.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons barbeque sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 large refrigerated biscuits (10)
- 3/4 cup longhorn or cheddar cheese (grated)
How To Make bbq cups

Step 1Preheat oven to temperature indicated on biscuit can.

Step 2Brown meat and onion, and salt and pepper to taste. Drain thoroughly.

Step 3Add barbeque sauce and brown sugar. Simmer until heated through.

Step 4Spray muffin tins with cooking spray (or lightly grease). Flatten biscuits between fingers until large enough to make a cup in the muffin tin.

Step 5Stuff with meat and top with cheese.

Step 6Bake until edges of biscuits are lightly browned.
