These are a lot of fun, and so easy. I make this often and serve with a tossed green salad and some fruit.

A super novelty for the kids, they also make great appetizers!

I have also made this with shredded pork.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 small
    onion (chopped)
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    barbeque sauce
  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 large
    refrigerated biscuits (10)
  • 3/4 c
    longhorn or cheddar cheese (grated)

How to Make BBQ Cups

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to temperature indicated on biscuit can.
  2. Brown meat and onion, and salt and pepper to taste. Drain thoroughly.
  3. Add barbeque sauce and brown sugar. Simmer until heated through.
  4. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray (or lightly grease). Flatten biscuits between fingers until large enough to make a cup in the muffin tin.
  5. Stuff with meat and top with cheese.
  6. Bake until edges of biscuits are lightly browned.
