BBQ Cheeseburger & Potato Meatloaf

Leftovers were put in a ziploc bag and refrigerated for meatloaf sammies later in the week.

Ingredients
-
MEATLOAF
-
1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 1/2 cpanko bread crumbs ( i used plain but i think seasoned would be great)

2 largeeggs
-
1/2 csweet baby rays original bbq sauce

1/2 largeonion, chopped
-
7 or 8 ozdiced cooked potatoes (i used 1/2 of a 15-ounce canned diced potatoes, drained)
-
4 ozcheese, shredded, i used marble jack
-
2 tspitalian seasoning
-
·salt and pepper, to taste
-
SAUCE FOR TOP OF MEATLOAF

1/4 csweet baby rays original bbq sauce
-
1/4 cketsup
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
2 to 4 dash(es)louisanna hot sauce
-
·salt to taste
-
·cayenne pepper to taste
How to Make BBQ Cheeseburger & Potato Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish with PAM.
- In a large bowl; combine all Meatloaf ingredients together; mix well. Form into a loaf. Place in prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. (Sauce to be added the last 15 minutes of cooking time)
- Whisk togther the sauce ingredients. After meatloaf has baked for 1 hour, remove from oven; spread sauce evenly over the top; return to oven for last 15 minutes of baking.
- Serve with your favorite veggies. And make meatloaf sammies out of leftovers. Enjoy!
