  • - ground chuck
  • - buns
  • - cheddar cheese, grated
  • - monterey jack cheese
  • - queso fresco cheese, crumbled (can sub. feta)
  • - turkey bacon, cooked
  • - onion rings-see link
  • - eggplant fries (opt)
  • - bbq sauce-see link
  • - pickled banana peppers

  • Step 1
