How to Make BBQ BeefCakes

Step-by-Step

  1. If making mashed potatoes from scratch, do that first. Keep warm
  2. in Med skillet, soften the onion over med-low heat, til translucent
  3. raise heat, add ground beef to pan, cook til brown, no longer pink
  4. while meat is cooking, preheat oven to 350, spray muffin pan with cooking spray
  5. flatten biscuits with rolling pin, til large enough to fit in muffin pan, about 4in round, press into muffin pan
  6. Once beef is cooked, drain off fat. Return to heat, add BBQ Sauce, mix, heat thru
  7. scoop beef mix into prepped muffin pan, gently mounding meat into center of dough, bake for 10 Min
