If you are cooking my recipes you'll find that I love red wine vinegar. It just makes everything so much more tasty. I tried cooking these ribs and country ribs with nothing but olive oil and decided to add red wine vinegar one day. It was so good that I eventually graduated to red wine and balsamic vinegar and it was even better. The red pepper flakes gives it some heat. If you like heat try adding fresh jalapenos and your favorite hot sauce. I'm thinking about adding baby carrots next time just to see if it turns out. I'll let you know!
