Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked beef chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- - butter
- 1 cup cooked carrots
- 1 cup cooked potatoes, cut in chunks
- 1 cup beef gravy
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups milk
How To Make batter up beef pie

Step 1Saute the onion in butter.

Step 2Combine beef, onions, carrots, potatoes and gravy.

Step 3Set aside.

Step 4Melt butter in bottom of 8\" square baking dish in 350 degree oven.

Step 5Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.

Step 6Stir until blended.

Step 7Pour in baking dish.

Step 8Pour beef mixture over batter.

Step 9DO NOT STIR.

Step 10Bake 1 hour and serve.
